aching...sakittt...achingggg

aching...my whole body is aching...why?hehehe..this is what happened when you didnt exercise regularly..so?PADAN LE MUKE DIRI SENDIRI...T_T

i'm sure you guys are still wondering why my whole body is aching...ok...on 21st n 22nd Mac 2011, i'd attended the assessment program for Custom Officer.. :) thehehee...its a 2-days program..the program, start from 8 till 11pm on the 1st day..and its a half day event on the 2nd day...

so...what was the program? on monday, after registration...all of us have to do the urine test... and if you've taken any sort of medication, be it a cough med or ubat utk kurus *cough cough* , you've to declare it to the facilitator....owh...and for this test, i have to queue for an hour...no chair was provided...just imagine, a long queue of ladies with bibs holding the urine bottle..hahaha..dah cam banduan pon ade...

after the urine test, you've to do the physical check up...kat sini die check mata, tinggi, berat *ehem ehem*, ur walk, ur kawad, n they check your body for any tattoo..alhamdulillah..my physical check ni..sume ok... :)

next, around 230..all of us went to AKMAL Bukit Baru to do the physical test...huhu...test ape? meh aku senaraikan

a. Sit up 28x in 2 mins
b. Larian ulang alik 10m under 10secs (kot..x ingt berapa saat)
c. Lompat statik >1.62m
d. Larian 2.8km under 17mins T_T

ok..aku mase dengar die duk sebut satu persatu ujian ni..aku dah cuak!hahahaha..mau x cuak..dah lama kottt aku x exercise...*lalalalala* aku risau, aku xleh nk capture mase yang die nak tu...so, less mark for me..rugi rugi...

before start ujian2 tu...die wat warm up...die nye warmup...senamrobik...hahaha..lum pa per, aku nye peluh dh macam haper...haishh..then, terus die wat ujian sit up... yang x bes tu..die kena wat kt depan sume org..MALU BEB!! hadoiii...siot tul..buat je la kan...kang sesia kena jerkah...huhu..result aku? sit up 28x under 1minute..thehehehehehe :D 56 saat kalau x silap..

nex, lari ulang alik..yang ni aku x sure aku wat berapa saat...yg aku pasti..aku dpt full mark..hahahahaha...sempat lagi intai kt sheet mark tu...heheheehehe

then...larian 2.8km.... (-_-") this one...hahahaha...sempot weeeiiii...panchit...aku just dpt wat 2 lap non stop..then...jalan laju cm itik..hahaha..biorkelantoq..janji aku abis...this test je aku x capai target...aku dpt wat dlm mase 21mins...hishh...malu kottt...ade pakcik tu, badan laie besor dr aku...leh wat under 14mins!arghhhhh...*nyorok bawah meja*

abis larian, lompat statik..bagi peserta wanita, perlu lompat lebih 1.62m...alhamdulillah, aku lepas after cubaan pertama... :) yang lelaki, kalau x silap 2.15m...huhu..lagi jauhhh...

so, keseluruhan...alhamdulillah...aku rase aku dpt wat sume..kecuali yg larian 2.8km...malam tu ade test personaliti ke hapekebenda tah..ok, jujur aku cakap...otak aku mase tu dah penat...campor ngan aku sakit kepala..so, aku tatau aku jawab ape..hahahaha..hopefuli ok la....

n malam itu, aku tido agak lambat...nk dekat 1.30 gak aku tido...prepare speech public speaking...tajuk saya? "Smuggling of illicit goods" ....hahahaha...memula dpt...BLUR *bile yang ko x blur cah oiii* .. trusssss..sms soee..hahahaha..mintak tlg dptkan info...to sohee..maceh maceh...jasamu ku kenang..hehehehe

pagi selasa, 22 mac 2011...memula ade kajian kes...group work la kire...then baru public speaking...aku rase it went well..tho aku cam kompius...kenapa acik tu tersengih2 je time aku cakap...cis..kasik cuak gue je...

nway, program end around 12pm...

dannnn..hasil dari kerahan mental & badan selama sehari setengah...sampai ke hari ni badan aku sakit2...jalan pon dah merayapppp je...huhu..pengajaran? sila lah bersenam regularly supaya badan anda fit...hehehehe...

tu la ko....ajak joging kat tasek ampang ko bantai tido depan tb...kan dah belemak....hehehehe....anyway gud luck la weh...dah jadik ofiser sok jgn la lupo den.....harte rampasan harus dikongsi besame... :D
